Please join us on Thursday, November 1 for “Faith in Housing,” a workshop organized by the Stan Greenspon Center for congregations to share their work creating affordable housing.

Our presenting congregations include both those with off-site developments and on-site housing across a broad spectrum of financial investments so that attending lay leaders and clergy can find a model that suits their resources. Presenters include: Caldwell Presbyterian, Christ Church, Mayfield Memorial, Covenant Presbyterian, Forest Hill and a delegation from churches supporting local agencies. Each speaker has less than 5 minutes — just long enough for those in the audience to choose which two breakout sessions to attend. Also speaking will be Catherine Monroe on how architectural choices can meld into a neighborhood and Rev. Dwayne Walker from the bond committee on the upcoming housing bond referendum.

The event is Thursday, November 1 from 7-9pm at Mayfield Memorial Baptist Church on Sugar Creek Road. Clergy and congregants of all faiths are welcome. Please RSVP to
