Almost 80 years after the end of the seminal historical event known as the Holocaust, the conscience of mankind continues to be haunted and prompted by questions. Join us in a conversation with Stefan Schlueter, former German Ambassador to Trinidad and Tobago as we discuss critical questions related to the state of Holocaust education and remembrance today in Germany. We will explore how Germany continues to confront its past and consider if historical truth is under assault today. Participants will have an opportunity to pose questions to Ambassador Schlueter both in person and virtually.

When: Friday, October 14, 2022, 9:30 to 10:30 am on Zoom

Where: Rogers Reading Room (315).
