Louise Clark

Advocacy Coordinator

Louise Clark is the Advocacy Coordinator for refugee advocacy and racial justice advocacy the Stan Greenspon Center for Peace and Social Justice at Queen’s University.  Louise received her B.A. in History at UNC Charlotte and her Masters in Latin American History from Emory University.  For the last decade, she has taught History classes at UNCC, Davidson, and Wingate University and served as assistant manager at The Bag Lady, an independent bookstore and shop in the Dilworth area.  She has recently completed a 200-hour teacher-training program with Tai Dorn of the Sadhana School of Yoga.  Louise is fiercely dedicated to working on social justice issues and is currently studying computer coding at The Iron Yard in Charlotte, and plans to use her computer skills to help bring about a more fair and just world.
